Modern technology really is something neat. It's amazing to think that I can be talking to someone in Asia in a heartbeat and its like they're right down the road from me. Stuff like IM has made communication much more convenient...sometimes I wonder how people kept in touch 15 years ago...
maybe smoke signals...? its also scary to see how dependent some of us are on technology. i guess people were a bit more patient back then. we still had phones, but not soo at the ready perhaps.
